I don't shy away from far-out ideas as much as I perhaps should.  The excitement of discovering a 'secret' beauty and health weapon is unmatchable.  Of course, the excitement wears off and you are left with analyzing the benefits in the cold light of day but why not have a quick look into every possible avenue to beauty?  That is even more reasonable now that such information is so freely available.
