Half-decaf Coffee with Honey and Creme

Coffee is a strong drug - use it with respect.  It is dehydrating and stressing and does not contribute to beauty but I suspect that you are going to drink it anyway so here is how to enjoy it maximally and control its damage

Premix a quantity of normal grind grounds with a nice de-caf.

Place a small amount of pouring cream and honey in the bottom of the cup add a shot of espresso and dissolve the honey.  Add additional shots (from the same grounds) to fill the cup.  Sprinkle organic hot chocolate powder on top.  Heaven.

Always follow coffee with sipping a more hydrating drink like my Grape Juice Drink
